A different kind of working morning for female founders, solopreneurs and small business owners.
Running a business can be exciting, fulfilling and incredibly freeing. It can also mean spending an awful lot of time inside your own head.
The Pause Room is two intentional hours to step away from the everyday noise of running your business, meet women who understand what it takes, refocus on what actually matters - and make meaningful progress on it.
This isn't traditional networking. There are no pitches, awkward introductions or pressure to collect business cards.
We'll begin over tea and coffee before Jessica guides the room through a short grounding practice and facilitated conversation designed to help you step out of the morning rush and get clear on what deserves your attention.
Then it's time to work.
Choose one meaningful task you've been putting off and give it protected, focused attention alongside a small room of women doing exactly the same.
Jessica Jayne, Identity & Self-Leadership Coach, will be in the room throughout to offer coaching, perspective and support when you hit the overthinking, procrastination or self-doubt that so often gets in the way.
We'll finish by coming back together to celebrate what's moved and identify your next step.
Come with:
Your laptop, notebook or whatever you need to work - and one piece of your business that's been taking up far too much space in your head.
Leave with:
Greater clarity, genuine connection and something meaningful actually moved forward.
Connect. Ground. Refocus. Move Forward.
